1 on 1 Personal Training
Personal training is offered in 25 to 55 minutes sessions at a reasonable rate.
Each customized program will teach you about core strength, flexibility, proper form, how to use the correct muscle for the desired exercise, and nutritional guidance. The following is a depiction of what you will experience during your 2 free sessions with Coach Erik.
ASSESS
During the assessment process, we establish your starting point from the comprehensive fitness evaluation. During the first session, we determine your body’s function, as well as strength, flexibility, stability and discuss any limitations or medical conditions that concern you.
ADDRESS
After the assessment process is complete, Coach Erik will have a customized program ready to review and put into action.
PROGRESS
The progression is part of the ongoing program that is determined by your body’s response to the current workout performance. You must qualify to progress forward.
