About Coach Gatlin

Erik Gatlin, owner of TRI FUSION Health Coaching, combines a wealth of experience as a professional fitness trainer with his innate knowledge and observation of how the human body functions on many levels. His comprehensive fitness evaluations coupled with realistic nutritional guidance become a valuable tool in setting up an individualized training program for the mind, heart, and body. Personal Coaching Philosophy: To help all who are wanting and willing to improve the world we live in by improving the world within their mind, one thought at a time. This harmony within the mind, heart & body is referred to as TRI FUSION or a TRI FECTA. When one of these three components are neglected, the others are affected.

Qualifications: Over 16 years of experience as a professional fitness trainer. Have excelled as a level 3 trainer at Gold's Gym, 24 Hour Fitness, The Q, Pro Fitness, and Next Level Fitness. Custom tailored over 500 comprehensive assessment evaluations and precise nutritional guidance for clients of all ability with 100% success rate. Provided individualized personal core training program for the mind, heart, and body as deemed necessary for each client's goals. Have helped clients exceed their expectations through words of encouragement and affirmation and helped them earn free sessions for their accomplishments.

Personal Accomplishments

• 7-time Pro Fitness Trainer of the month
• Currently the Official Trainer and Sponsor of the Miss Plano, and Miss Frisco Pageants
• Sponsored and trained 5 contestants in Miss Plano, and Miss Frisco Pageants all of whom became state winners, including Shilah Phillips, who became Miss Texas in 2006 and 1st runner up Miss America in 2007
• One of the designated trainers for the "Hockey Tough" off-ice biomechanics instructors under Brent Severyn - Dallas Stars Hockey, Stanley Cup Winner
• Featured on MTV reality shows "The worlds next top Ladies of Class" and "The worlds next top Gentlemen of Class"
