The following is a depiction of what you will experience during these 2 sessions.

ASSESS

During the assessment process, we establish your starting point from the comprehensive fitness evaluation. During the first session, we determine your body’s ability to function, as well as your strength, flexibility, stability and discuss any limitations or medical conditions that may concern you.

ADDRESS

After the assessment process is complete, Coach Erik will have a customized program ready to review and put into action.

PROGRESS

The progression is part of the ongoing program that is determined by your body’s response to the current workout performance. You must qualify to progress forward.
