Coach Erik’s Approach
TRI FUSION coaching offers fitness training for all skill levels and all ages. This successful fitness and wellness program is not a "cookie-cutter" program (i.e. one size fits all).

Training services include: Fitness evaluation, personal 1 on 1 individual training sessions, buddy system training (2 or 3 people), nutritional guidance, TRI FECTA boot camp, stretch and stick manual therapy, and overall mind, heart, and body conditioning.

The comprehensive fitness evaluation with coach Erik consists of two meetings. The first meeting is assessment of where you are, and where you would like to be. The second meeting would entail coach Erik’s reviewing the findings with you. Erik would introduce examples of the prescribed exercises with the appropriate tempo speeds, recovery time, proper form, posture correction, optimal range of motion, and breathing techniques. and instructions for phase I of your fitness regiment. This will equip you to begin the transformation process.
